Ragnarok is training software used by gyms. Your gym runs it to keep programming, results and coaching context in one place. This page explains what we collect, why, and who can see it.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address and, if your gym adds it, phone number.
  • Training data: workout results, personal records, goals and milestones you or your coaches log.
  • Coaching context: injuries, preferences and notes shared with your coaches so they can program around them. This is health-adjacent information and is only visible to you and your gym's staff.
  • Attendance and booking data, read from your gym's membership system (MindBody) where the gym has connected it.
  • If you link Telegram, your Telegram ID, so the gym's bot can recognise you.
  • Usage analytics (pages visited, features used) via PostHog, to understand what to improve. Analytics are not used for advertising and are never sold.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and analytics cookies for the usage data above. There are no advertising or third-party marketing cookies.

Who can see your data

Your gym's coaches and staff see your training data and coaching context; that is what the product is for. Members of your gym see what you choose to share to the feed. Each gym's data is isolated at the database level; no other gym can see it.

Where it lives

Data is stored with our hosting providers (Railway) and email is sent via Resend. We do not sell personal data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Your training history stays for as long as you have an account with your gym, because looking back at it is most of what the product is for. If you leave the gym, your account is made inactive and you can no longer sign in; the training data stays with the gym's records unless you ask us to delete it, which you can do at any time. If a gym stops using Ragnarok, its data is handed back and removed from our systems within 90 days.

Under 18s

Ragnarok accounts are set up through a gym, and a member under 13 should not have one. Between 13 and 17, a parent or guardian needs to agree to the account first - arrange it with your gym, who will confirm before setting it up. Tell us if you think an account exists that should not, and we will remove it.

Your rights

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data. You can export everything you have logged yourself, at any time, from Your data on the profile screen. For anything else - a correction, or deleting your account and its training history - ask your gym, or email our Data Protection Officer at hello@ragnarok.training. We will deal with it within 30 days. Account deletion is handled by a person rather than a button, so it is a request you make to us, and we do it.

Who to contact

Ragnarok's Data Protection Officer can be reached at hello@ragnarok.training for any question about this policy, about what we hold, or to make a complaint. Your gym is the other place to ask, and either route reaches the same people.
