The whiteboard, on their phone
The day's programming with every block, scaling and target, written the way a coach writes it. Members log what they actually did, set by set, and the score reads back the way they would say it out loud.
For CrossFit gyms
Programming, results and every personal record in one place, with members and bookings read straight from MindBody. Nobody writes the roster down twice, and nobody has to remember whose shoulder is still sore.
Running at Ragtag Training in Singapore today.
Everything below is running in a real gym now. Nothing on this page is a roadmap item.
The day's programming with every block, scaling and target, written the way a coach writes it. Members log what they actually did, set by set, and the score reads back the way they would say it out loud.
Every logged result checks itself against a member's history, so a personal record is noticed the moment it happens rather than remembered later. Rep maxes, estimated 1RMs and benchmark times all live on one page.
Members, bookings, class rosters and attendance come across on their own. There is no second member list to keep in step, and no exporting anything on a Sunday night.
Injuries, goals and coaching cues sit against the member, not in someone's memory. A coach opening the roster before class sees who is carrying what, and who has not been in for a while.
Results, PRs and gym announcements in one chronology, with likes from the people they train beside. It is the part that makes a member open the app on a rest day.
Each gym gets its own subdomain, its own colours and its own logo. Members see their gym, not ours, and nothing of yours is visible to anyone else.
The move most gyms are making, and what changes when you make it.
| What you do today | In Ragnarok |
|---|---|
| Programming lives in one tool, bookings in another | One app, with MindBody read automatically behind it |
| Members lose their history when the gym switches tools | Members import their own WodUp history, numbers intact |
| Injuries and goals live in a coach's memory | They sit against the member, visible before class |
| The gym's app is branded as somebody else's | Your subdomain, your colours, your logo |
Yes. Programming, benchmarks, results, PRs and history all work here, and a member can bring their WodUp history across themselves in a couple of minutes, keeping the numbers WodUp already calculated for them.
No, and it is not trying to. MindBody keeps memberships, payments and bookings. Ragnarok reads from it so the training side always matches who actually booked and who actually showed up.
Open a link, set a password, and pick their units. If they came from WodUp they can paste their history in during that first run and their records are there on day one.
A coach writes the week's programming once and it publishes to every member. The console shows the day's classes, who is booked, who is flagged and who has stopped coming, which is most of what a morning needs.
Each gym is isolated at the database level, not just in the interface. A query without a gym behind it reads nothing at all, which is the property we test rather than the promise we make.
